New programs will be added starting in 2023, including Automotive Technology, Construction Management, Cosmetology Emergency Services, and Exercise Science and wellness programs.

It will feature a 6,500-seat arena space ideal for tournaments and events, as well as dining facilities and other amenities open to the public.

4. Raising Cane’s

Raising Cane’s was established in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 1996 and quickly became one of the leading chicken finger restaurant chains worldwide. Their latest expansion includes opening a spot in Brooklyn, New York City, for which an expected opening date of next spring can be expected; it will feature an 8,500-square-foot store.

A welcome addition for locals, the latest expansion of this restaurant will provide locals with access to delicious chicken dishes and lessons in entrepreneurship. Its new location at a former Walgreens will feature both drive-thru service and indoor seating; construction should begin later this year, and it should open its doors by summer 2024.
